The Drama Performance Project sets out to explore the contemporary world around us and operate as a gauge for our times.

Theatre is a profound accompaniment to public life, and it assists us to recognize and appreciate the consequences of our actions. It can show us how social issues and events are developing, and how we may evolve and change with them.

Through the process of writing, research and performance, the project will emerge from and reflect each individual group of students, their lived experiences and their concerns and obsessions; and like our lives it will always be a work in progress.

Questions are asked, forms are interrogated and audiences are challenged with new perspectives.
