Collection Notice

TAFE Queensland is collecting your personal information for the purposes of the management of the Protege Fashion Parade 2025, to be held at the Mt Gravatt campus on Wednesday, 10 December 2025.

• Personal Information
  Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the requirements of the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld). In providing your personal information (including sensitive information), you consent to your personal information being used and/or disclosed for this purpose. Your personal information will be used for this purpose by staff employed by, or on behalf of TAFE Queensland and will not be disclosed to any other party unless you consent to this disclosure or the disclosure is otherwise outlined in the TAFE Queensland Privacy Policy or permitted or required by law. Your information will be stored securely.
  If you do not provide your personal information, it will impact TAFE Queensland's capacity to allow you to obtain tickets and attend the event if the personal information is not collected. 
• Sensitive Information
  While completing your ticket purchase, you will be asked to provide sensitive information regarding the accessibility needs of you and your guests, to ensure TAFE Queensland can meet your accessibility requirements. 
• Videography and Photography
  At the event, videography and photography will be conducted, which may include capturing your image. This may be used both internally and externally, for the purpose of advertising future fashion courses and events. If you do not wish to have your image used, you must notify a TAFE Queensland team member. You will be seated in a designated non-filming zone, which may affect any priority seating options you have.

Payment Terms

• Bookings are strictly non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may gift your ticket to another person. No need for a change of details. We do not support the reselling of tickets on third-party platforms.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 2 are free as long as they do not require a seat.
• A valid form of ID will be required if consuming alcohol (drivers license, passport, proof of age card. Student ID cards are not a valid form of ID).
• No external food or drink is allowed inside the venue. This is a catered event with food and drinks available onsite. Seating for the event will be allocated by the event organisers based on first-come, first-served and group purchases.

Priority access seats include the first and second rows of seats. Priority access doors open at 5:30pm, with light canapés and a cash bar provided. From 5:30 to 6pm, you are invited to attend a pre-event function with industry professionals, showcasing students, event sponsors, and VIP guests. Priority access seating will begin at 6:45pm.  You will also receive a complimentary goody bag.	General admission seats do not allow access to the first two rows of seats. General admission doors open at 6:00 pm, with light canapés and a cash bar provided. General admission seating will begin at 6:30pm.	*These tickets are only available for TAFE Queensland and the University of Canberra students and staff. A valid TQ / UC student ID or staff number must be provided. Only one student/staff ticket can be purchased at a time. These tickets are for general admission seating only and do not include the first two rows of seating.

All tickets are strictly limited and will sell out quickly, so get in early.
