Personal Information
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the requirements of the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld). In providing your personal information (including sensitive information), you consent to your personal information being used and/or disclosed for this purpose. Your personal information will be used for this purpose by staff employed by, or on behalf of TAFE Queensland and will not be disclosed to any other party unless you consent to this disclosure or the disclosure is otherwise outlined in the TAFE Queensland Privacy Policy or permitted or required by law. Your information will be stored securely. If you do not provide your personal information, TAFE Queensland will be unable to issue tickets or allow you to attend the event.
Sensitive Information
While completing your ticket purchase, you will be asked to provide sensitive information about your accessibility needs and those of your guests to ensure TAFE Queensland can meet your accessibility requirements.
Videography and Photography
At the event, videography and photography will be conducted, which may include capturing your image. If you do not wish to have your image used, you must notify a TAFE Queensland team member. Yf you wish to access or correct any of your personal information, discuss how it has been managed, or have a concern or complaint about the way your personal information has been collected, used, stored, or disclosed, please contact the TAFE Queensland Privacy Officer at privacy@tafeqld.edu.au. Payment Terms
Bookings are strictly non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may gift your ticket to another person. No need for a change of details. We do not support the reselling of tickets on third-party platforms. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 2 are free as long as they do not require a seat. No external food or drink is allowed inside the venue.
